Inspect the Hundested propeller system and measure tail shaft runout.  The unit in this beautiful yacht was in excellent condition with hardly any shaft runout.

Remove the Hundested pitch control unit (PCU) for inspection.  Complete disassembly found this 30+ year old unit to be worn out.  The unit will be replaced with a new, upgraded PCU, specially constructed to fit the vessels existing tail shaft assembly and foundations.
